By engaging with Provice, you agree to operate under these terms.
Our Role
Provice acts as an execution partner supporting your business through:
- Government contracting support (registrations, certifications, bid execution)
- Operational systems and back-office support
- Technology implementation and automation
- Business setup and growth execution
We focus on structured execution, not advisory alone.
No Outcome Guarantee
While we apply proven systems and workflows:
- We do not guarantee contract awards, approvals, or revenue
- Outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control
Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective execution, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations
Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.
Services & Scope
- Services are delivered based on agreed scope, timeline, and pricing
- Any additional work outside scope may require separate approval
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per agreed terms or invoices
- Work may be paused in case of delayed payments
- Fees are non-refundable once execution has started
Intellectual Property
- Provice retains ownership of its internal systems, frameworks, and processes
- Clients may use delivered outputs for internal business use only
- Redistribution or resale is not permitted without approval
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared business and operational information confidential.
This obligation continues beyond the duration of the engagement.
Third-Party Platforms
Our work may involve third-party systems (e.g., government portals, CRMs, tools).
- We are not responsible for platform errors, delays, or decisions
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their accounts and credentials
Limitation of Liability
Provice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
- Work completed up to termination remains billable
- Access to services may be discontinued upon termination
Updates to This Agreement
Provice may update these terms when necessary. Updated versions will be reflected on this page.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
